Climb Terms of Use

Effective date: October 10, 2026 · Last updated: October 10, 2026

These terms govern Climb, provided by People Park ("we", "us"). By using Climb, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Contact info@peoplepark.app with questions.

1. Using Climb

Climb helps you research App Store apps, explore keywords, track search rankings, compare competitors, and review app insights. You must be legally able to accept these terms, or have permission from a parent or guardian where required. Climb is not directed to children under 13 or below the applicable local minimum age.

Sign in with Apple is used for account access. Keep your Apple Account secure and use the service lawfully. Do not misrepresent your identity, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access or usage limits, or use automated extraction that disrupts the service or infringes others’ rights.

2. Research information and estimates

Rankings, keyword popularity and difficulty scores, charts, reviews, and other insights are research aids. They may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or different from what a particular person sees in the App Store. Search results can vary by market and time.

Download and revenue figures are estimates, not verified downloads, sales, profit, or financial statements. They should not be treated as audited business information or financial advice. Climb does not promise a particular ranking, download count, revenue, or commercial outcome. You remain responsible for evaluating information and making your own decisions.

Climb does not give access to another developer’s private sales records or account. App names, icons, screenshots, reviews, and other listing content belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply an endorsement or partnership. Climb is independent of Apple.

3. Free access and usage limits

The free plan currently permits one app project, 30 keyword additions, and App Studio research for three distinct apps. These are lifetime allowances. Removing apps or keywords, or deleting and recreating an account, does not restore used allowances. A limited pseudonymous usage record may be retained for this purpose as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Premium expands access. Reasonable technical and usage limits still apply, including a current limit of 500 keywords per project. The app describes the available plan and limits before purchase. Features, availability, and limits may change; we will provide notice where required and respect rights applicable to paid access.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and trials

Premium is offered through Apple’s in-app purchase system with weekly, monthly, and annual subscription options. The purchase screen displays your local price, billing period, and any trial or introductory offer. Prices and offer eligibility may vary by country and Apple Account.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of an eligible trial as disclosed. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account may be charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. If a trial is offered, cancel before its stated renewal deadline to avoid the next charge. Any unused part of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, as applicable to the offer.

Manage or cancel through your Apple Account subscription settings. See Apple’s cancellation instructions. Cancellation generally stops future renewal; access continues for the period already paid for, subject to Apple’s rules and applicable law. Deleting the app or your Climb account does not cancel a subscription.

Use Restore in Climb to restore eligible purchases with the Apple Account used to buy them. Refund requests are handled through Apple’s refund process, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory refund or consumer rights.

5. License and intellectual property

The app is licensed, not sold. Your use of the app is subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these service terms. People Park retains its rights in Climb’s software, branding, and original content. You may use the app for its intended purposes, subject to these terms and applicable law. Do not redistribute the app or infringe intellectual property rights.

6. Privacy and account deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. You can delete your account under Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm with Apple. Deletion permanently removes your account workspace and ranking history, subject to the retention exceptions in our Data Deletion Policy. Save any information you need before deleting your account.

7. Availability and suspension

We work to keep Climb reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular update schedule, or complete historical data. Maintenance, connectivity, device permissions, and changes outside our control may affect research results and notifications. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably needed to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or serious breaches of these terms. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice and a way to contact us about a restriction.

8. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Climb and its research information are provided as available, without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular commercial purpose. To that same extent, People Park is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from reliance on estimates, missed alerts, service interruptions, or business decisions based on app information.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory warranties and consumer rights, or liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other legally protected claims. Apple’s Standard EULA also applies to the app license.

9. Changes and support

We may update these terms as the service changes and will provide notice of material changes where required. Updated terms show a new date above. Changes do not remove your mandatory rights. For service questions, billing-access problems, or disputes, contact People Park at info@peoplepark.app.
