Contact support
Email info@peoplepark.app. Include “Climb” in the subject, your app and iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, or payment card details.
Subscription help
Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Use Restore in Climb if an eligible purchase is not appearing. For refunds, use Apple’s refund request page.
Privacy and account deletion
For privacy requests, use the same support address. You can delete your account under Settings → Account → Delete account. Read the data deletion policy for instructions and retention details.
