Climb Data Deletion Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
You can delete your Climb account directly in the app. You do not need to contact support first.
Delete your account in Climb
- Open Climb and go to Settings.
- Open Account and choose Delete account.
- Read the confirmation and authenticate with Sign in with Apple.
- Keep the app connected until deletion completes. If an error appears, retry or contact support.
Deletion is permanent. Your account profile, tracked app projects, keyword associations, ranking history and alerts, stored notification tokens, and account-linked subscription bindings are removed. Your Sign in with Apple connection to Climb is revoked.
Information that may remain
- A limited pseudonymous usage record, containing a hashed sign-in identifier, lifetime usage counts, and public app identifiers used for the free research allowance, prevents account recreation from resetting free allowances. It does not contain your name or email and currently has no automatic expiration. You can ask us to review its retention.
- Records needed for legal, accounting, purchase reconciliation, fraud prevention, support, or security purposes may remain for as long as necessary for those purposes. This can include subscription transaction records processed for People Park’s internal purchase reporting.
- Diagnostic reports and residual backup copies may remain until their applicable retention or replacement cycle ends.
- Public app information and research data that is independent of your account may remain. Removing your account removes your personal keyword associations, not all public research data.
- Apple maintains its own purchase and account records under its policies. Information cached on a device may remain locally; remove the app to clear its local app storage.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your account or uninstalling Climb does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it separately in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Climb. See Apple’s cancellation guide. Deletion does not automatically request a refund.
If you cannot access your account
Email info@peoplepark.app with the subject Climb account deletion. Use your account email if possible, explain that you cannot use in-app deletion, and provide enough information to identify the account. If you use Hide My Email, mention the relay address associated with Climb if known. Do not send passwords, Apple verification codes, or payment card information.
We may verify account ownership before acting on a request. We will handle requests within the time required by applicable law and explain any information that must be retained. For other rights and information about processing, see our Privacy Policy.
